  The problem with people is that they're stupid.  Solve this
  problem, and we're gonna be alot better off.  Now I'm not saying
  we should make stupidity a capital offense or anything; far from
  it.  I just think we should do away with all those safety warnings
  on everything and let the problem take care of itself.
